Meetings of the Assembly

The Breaking of Bread (The Lord’s Supper) – 10:00 AM (Sunday)
Each Sunday, in accordance with the Lord’s command and the pattern set by early Christians, we gather to remember the Lord Jesus and His sacrifice for us. The meeting begins with a time of worship, during which believers in fellowship may stand and lead in praise and thanksgiving, while others worship quietly in their hearts (1 Timothy 2:8-15). There is no pre-arranged order, allowing for Spirit-led expressions of gratitude. We then partake of the bread and cup, following the Lord’s own words: “This do in remembrance of Me” (Luke 22:19-20). The meeting concludes with a message from the Scriptures.

Sunday School – 12:00 PM (Sunday)
Sunday School begins with children’s hymns, followed by engaging Bible lessons designed for different age groups. Through these lessons, children learn foundational truths from God’s Word in a way that is both clear and meaningful.

Gospel Meeting – 7:00 PM (Sunday)
The word “Gospel” means “Good News,” and the message we proclaim is the wonderful truth that “Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). The meeting opens with hymn singing and prayer, followed by two pre-arranged speakers who share messages from the Bible. The focus is on presenting the Gospel clearly, emphasizing each person’s need to personally trust in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation.

Prayer Meeting & Bible Study – 7:30 PM (Thursday)
This midweek gathering is divided into two parts. The first portion is dedicated to prayer, where we bring our praises and needs before the Lord. The second portion is focused on studying the Bible together, seeking to deepen our understanding of God’s Word and apply its truths to our daily lives.

Ministry Meeting – 7:30 PM  (Second Thursday of the Month)
In this meeting, the focus is on the teaching of the Word of God for the spiritual growth and encouragement of believers. After hymn singing and prayer, one or more brethren share ministry from the Scriptures, seeking to unfold Bible truth in a clear and practical way. These messages are intended to help Christians “grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18), strengthening them to live for the Lord in daily life. While the Gospel Meeting is especially directed toward the unsaved, the Ministry Meeting is primarily for the edification of those who are saved, that “all things be done unto edifying” (1 Corinthians 14:26).
